Nkosana Moyo has betrayed the democratic struggle by seeking to divide the votes in the 2018 elections – MDC-T acting Spokesperson Felix Mafa Sibanda

Bulawayo MDC-T acting Spokesperson Felix Mafa Sibanda has accused the aspiring president Dr Nkosana Moyo for betraying the democratic struggle by seeking to divide the votes in the 2018 elections which the party views as the way in which Zanu PF can over power the opposition forces.

This come after Moyo declared that he will be taking party in the 2018 elections seeking to be Zimbabwe’s President.

“It is with great amazement that the professor is aiding Zanu Pf and Rober Mugabe for perpetual and life president of Zimbabwe by his latest acts of national betrayal. How can a learned man like fall into glaring political trap of denying Zimbabweans a golden Opportunity of defeating Zanu PF and Robert Mugabe in 2018 polls,” he said.

“It’s a common sense that ,unity of all opposition parties in Zimbabwe is a demand by the majority of the citizenry and none should pretend to be blind to that call. To the Byo MDCT provincial executive and all stakeholders feel Nkosana Moyo is repeating what Simba Makoni, Dumiso Dabengwa and A. Mutambara did by robbing Zimbabweans by 6% to supplement 47% of the MDCT ,President Tsvangirai. It seems history is to repeat itself by the same suite by Dr Nkosana Moyo. It appears, he is a Zanu PF functionary or messenger to detail people’s project.”

Sibanda said they were very much concerned by this futile exercise by Nkosana Moyo who is against unity of purpose yet he himself is said to be working with allies to defraud suffering Zimbabweans at the hands of Zanu PF and its leadership at all levels.
‘We a Democratic party do believe in the principle of multi party system but hiding behind that noble principle is a none starter. Prof Nkosana Moyo has come to dilute opposition strength and numbers so that Zanu PF presidential candidate wins at all costs,” he said.

“Be the case,MDCT ,Byo will zoom to victory with land slide victory because we were born in and by the struggle. People against mature corruption by Zanu PF. Bulawayo residents have no more surviving means because there is 95% unemployment in the city of Kings and queens as we speak.” by Stephen Jakes byo24
